Cooking/Hiking Campout August 20-22

We will be having a cooking/hiking campout at Lake Jacomo August 20-22. We will meet at the Scout garage at 7:00 pm Friday night and head to Lake Jacomo for a 2 night campout and return around 10:00am Sunday. Eat dinner before you come. We will be cooking breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. This is a perfect opportunity for Scouts to take care of their Second Class and First Class cooking requirements, or for Scouts working on Cooking Merit Badge to knock out some meals. We will be working on meal plans at tomorrow’s meeting and the following week, so come prepared with your completed meal plan! This is also a great opportunity to work on other advancement for Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class that can only be done on campouts!
