2020 New Year’s Day Hike

This year we’re doing a historical hike of Swope Park! Gather at the Scout Garage/Legacy Center at 9:00 and we’ll car pool to the staring point at Swope Park trails. If you miss the departure at the Scout Garage, the hike will begin at 9:15 at the turn off of Oldham Road on Oakwood Road.  This is the road leading to the stables.  The signage says “Treetop Adventure” and “Camp Lake of the Woods”.  On Google Maps it is labeled “Woodchuck Run Trailhead”.

After the hike we’ll meet at the St. Peter’s Garden room for our annual chili lunch.

The whole family is welcome but please let us know if you’re attending by Monday so we have enough chili prepared.
